This pendant features a mystical "Moon and Hare" design, often associated with folklore and nature-inspired jewellery. In many cultures, the "Moon Hare" or "Moon Rabbit" is a symbol of rebirth, intuition, and the cycles of nature. The combination of the crescent moon (representing change and the feminine) and the hare (representing fertility and agility) makes for a piece that feels both earthy and mystical.
The solid Sterling Silver hare is leaping across a crescent moon. The moon has a distinct hammered or textured finish, which contrasts with the smoother, more detailed casting of the hare. The moon is enhanced with a beautiful piece of fused glass from my kiln.
