Here at Tabitha Tansey Jewellery we treat every one of our customers as a trusted friend. After all you are the people we do this for! Your satisfaction means everything to us.

If one of our pieces is not to your satisfaction in anyway whatsoever, send it back for a full refund! We back our creations for a life time, so in the unlikely event something comes apart send it back and we will fix it. If you lose part of a set, send the remaining piece and we will create a replacement as close to the original as is possible for a small fee to cover costs and postage.. No quibble EVER.

No one likes endless poor quality emails and if you sign up for updates we promise not to flood you with endless messages. If you want to be removed from the list just message stop to us at any time. We do not share your details with any third parties. In any event we will automatically remove you from our list after two years unless you tell us you want to stay on.

Where possible all of our materials are sourced from reputable UK companies and our packaging is all produced from recyclables. 

We are proud signatories of the UK Armed Forces Covenant and a 10% applies to all purchases on production of proof of service.
